Remembering Emma

On 7th January 2021, our much-loved Emma joined the angels in heaven following a tough battle with COVID. We have created this page to allow her family and friends to share their tributes, memories and photos of Emma. Emma touched the hearts and lives of so many people across the UK and the States where she lived during her childhood. There are so many words to describe this special lady, she simply had the kindest heart and soul, and will be missed so much by us all. In time, this page will provide a legacy for her beautiful boy Connor to remember his mommy and how adored she was by so many. Please add to the timeline as well so we can capture all of Emma's special occasions and life events. Donations can be made in Emma's memory to either Parkinson's UK, the MS Society or the Ectopic Pregnancy Trust, which were charities close to Emma's heart.

Thoughts

I never got the chance to meet you Emma (and coincidentally found this page through looking at my dads one), but you were one of our mummys and always there with support when needed, you were always so so kind and through the photos and things you put on Facebook the world could see how much Tony and Connor meant to you! I still can't believe you have been stolen away from those who love you! Sending lots of love and hugs to Connor and Tony at this horrible time xxx

Oh my days where to start...Emma was one of the most loving people I had the pleasure of spending time with, always smiling and laughing. The amount of Kangaroos she could drink was unbelievable back in the day at Yates. Emma and I became friends through a mutual friend, we spent a lot of time together just chilling out and chatting for hours, we would drive around in my car listening to random music like Help! I’m A Fish...and just have loads of fun. Emma introduced me to so many people and encouraged me in doing what I wanted to do and achieving the dreams I had, she really was amazing. We lost touch for some time after you guys moved and we had families but about 5 years ago we got back in touch and spent time remembering the good old days, days I hold very close to my heart and will never forget, memories made with Emma and our other friends that mean so much to all of us. Emma really was one of a kind, a truly amazing lady with a heart of gold who will be missed but memories of her will live on forever, miss seeing your posts Em about what you guys are up to and seeing what mad nails you have going on xxx

Em, we met at The Abbey High School, I'm not sure how we became friends. You were one of the best. I didn't really do 'besties' just never seemed a done thing but Emma was one of my closest friends. Emma was always there for me. We always had banter, she could give and take it like a good un. Nothing ever got her down, even being struck down with ME shortly after starting year 9. I remember coming over to her house to visit her and then going over with that bloody zimmer frame to Church Hill School fields where Em seemed to know EVERYONE despite the fact I'd lived in Church Hill all my life, she knew far more people than I did. Then I went off to uni and we lost touch for a while whilst I tried to mentally adjust to being in such a weird environment. Then we got back in touch again and little Connor was born. What a gorgeous little chap. He's such a little character and Em obviously adores him and Tony. We often messaged just to check in. Just wish I'd got off my lazy arse to go and visit her when we said we would. Emma I will love you forever! ❤️❤️ We will look out for Tony and Connor aswell as your beloved mom, dad and Matthew xxx
